Assalamualaikum everyone. I guess its been a long time I've didn't update any single things for this half of year right? So, we entered May yesterday with sunny bright holiday. How's on my progress? I guess i'm a little bit happier cause i have someone to share my happiness or sadness with *shy shy*. Hehehe, i believe you guys will have one too, someday! Just wait and wait :-) You know what, everyday i will pray to Allah that he is my other half that i am waiting for. Amin. For our better days ;-)
Lets move to the main subject.
So this post is actually for my ex-primary-school friend, Putri, whom asking about my diet tips and some other people who were ask me too before. It is not that i am having slimmer body right now, it is just a simple decrease on my weight. I've got 8-9kg lose, and i'm aiming some more. So before we start, have you heard about this quote?
Breakfast like a king,
Lunch like a Queen,
And dinner like a Pauper.
Without further ado (ceh!) lets begin,
Morning,
I ate everything that i want with controlled amount that i think i can fit with. I love to eat nasi lemak before, but i barely take it as my brekkie now. So, i prefer to have mee goreng + telor mata + ayam bakar + teh tarik. Roughly, i will eat nasi lemak once a week, or once in two weeks. If i'm in period time, i will eat anything. (hehe!)
Lunch,
Putri, and other people. This is my adventurous time! I will have no lunch at all or if i need enough energy, i will go and have nasi kukus ayam berempah for 2-3 times in a week with half of the nasik + laici ice. If i think that my weight was gained, i'll just eat ayam goreng + bowl of cucumber. Okay, one more important thing, do not skip any of the vegetables meal, which is i believe it is compulsary. Then, if i feel like don't need anything heavy, i will take a muffin + milk as lunch or i will make my own sandwich, telor mata + tomatoes + lots of salad + fibre bread. Talking bout bread, i think we should avoid eating normal white bread, cause i think the calories quite same with rice. So. just buy fibre or baked that white bread.
Dinner,
If i am really tired, i need something heavy to fit into my stomach, such as kueyteow bandung or rojak ayam or laksa lemak or something else except nasi. I barely take nasi as my meal since puasa last year. I'm not saying that i don't eat at all, but i barely have it. Otherwise, if i think that i can control my hungry-ness and appetite, i will take fibre bread + telor mata + lotsss of salad + tomatoes. And, I've got a bad habit too, i love maggi too much. But since i'm having my diet, I've learned to control it a bit. I will have maggi + lotss of tomatoes as dinner if i really really have nothing to eat. (hehe!) And try to avoid heavy thing at night except for fruits. Furthermore, you really need to have enough sleep and you know why, lack of sleep will leads you into super-hungry a day after. Other than that, drink lots of air masak and did you know that, if you feel hungry, it doesn't mean that you really are, you actually need to drink. And for those whom still not finish their puasa, lets try to complete it soon as it will clear you stomach and body, automatically control your bad eating habit!
